- Personal Training is very effective for rehabilitation (its ALL about you) and exercises are specific to your needs and stage of progression and can use many different disciplines to achieve the desired results.
- All exercises can be micro-modified if required to assist rehabilitation
- Option of Sports Massage Therapy treatments to aid the recovery process and pain management if desired
- Client can then continue to then safely evolve back to a normal training programme under close scrutiny
