Here’s Why

TRX is suspension training  –  it works by using your body weight as the resistance and your muscles to control the position.

For rehabilitation, this session is best performed on a 1-1 basis for closer supervision.

Analysis of clients exact needs would be made *followed by a specific programme of exercises aimed at gently rehabilitating the body back to full mobility, strength and flexibility.

The client would be then be micromanaged through a series of supported, modified versions of  the exercise throughout  the rehabilitation process until they would be fit to return to mainstream training again.
