Linda uses her years of experience and knowledge combined with her favourite training methods of Pilates, TRX suspension training, stability ball, weights, bars, battle ropes, medicine balls and a myriad of cross training opportunities to get THE best out of her clients on any given day.

Choose from 1-1 training or small select groups and under her watchful eye and ability to analyse the best approach for you, great results will follow.

As there is a high level of attention to detail so that you work to the best of your ability, there is no escape or cheating permitted!

We have both indoor and outdoor training areas….so we make the most of fresh air training as much as possible with the added benefit of all the equipment we need at our disposal.
